It's a beautiful setting, overlooking the rivrr. Service is extremely slow considering I visited mid-afternoon. I'll try coming here again, but hope next time I'll get my drink before my food arrives.

No Happy Hour ... Ever!  Too bad, it is a nice Tiki Bar ,  music on weekends. Food is just ok in this excellent location. 

Excellent food and drinks. They don't take Amex, which sucks.
