Simply Salad
We are a customizable salad and wraps based restaurant. Our deal is we prepare everything in house, including all dressings, proteins, soups, etc.; we even grill our own corn! What's cool is we chop all of the salads too, with a 15" wide Mezzaluna Knife. It's quite a show. Check us out folks!

Joshua Van Dyk thinks this place is truly fantastic. The food is just really delicious. I have been there several times and love it. The line can get a bit long at lunch but it seems to move quickly.
fresh, delicious salads prepared on the spot, try the El Paso! a bit hectic during lunchtime, but they are so well organized that in about 10 mins you get what you asked for. Recommended!
earthy, nutty, crunch is my "usual" but I wanted to try something else these days. chinatown & the hipster is pretty good. However. my new favorite is downtown cobb ~♡
probably one of the best salads I've ever had. simply salad mix + corn + caramelized onions + tortilla strips + avocado + BBQ chicken + BBQ ranch
You can get certain items on the side instead of tossed, such as beets , which prevents your salad from becoming a giant red mess.
Order from here all the time via Ritual. Service is so-so but the salads are amazing!

Great salads and wraps . Everything is about 10 dollars. The crew that works there is cool too. Closes at 4p on the weekend.

Downtown Cobb is delicious. Try to go during the off-lunch hours when it's not as hectic.
