There are three lines at check-in: one for First class/Elite; one for Web checks holding boarding passes already, and the general line for those not checked in yet.
Get to the airport with plenty of time. TSA is slower than ever. Very frustrating.
The security guys are unacceptable. They turned me down for entry with a ticket till I got a security pass to bypass them, they they manhandled my personal things
Here's a tip: stop having delayed flights!
