Michelle is the worst. She managed to make everyone in her section wait over an hour plus for everything. She does not write down her orders and messes them up because of it.
The worst breakfast experience. Should have paid attention when there were only 2 cars in the lot during Saturday breakfast peak time.
We have been here for 2 hours and we still do not have our dessert order yet. We will never be back here. The management still hasn't approached us to apologize.
About the slowest service I have ever experienced.
