Go to the 1st floor info desk and ask for the art tour booklet. There is hidden art in the building like tables made out of cars & the aisle that has the sound of turning pages when you walk by. Read more

Great children’s space! It’s HUGE and has many great toys (big squishy blocks, math magnets, computers for KIDS, play trucks and planes , etc.). Great for a 6 month old and a 18 month old ;-)

This is my second home! SJSU students are lucky to have such an amazing library ! It definitely gets crowded during Final exams weeks (open 24hours for students only).

Go to the 8th floor and look for the tourist-like telescope and spy the peregrine falcons atop city hall ; also chek out beethoven's hair in archives/special collections on 5th floor (how appropriate)

You are allowed to eat food on floors 1-4. They say it has to be snacks , covered food. Covered drinks are fine on all floors. not sure what policy they have on the lowel level LL.

Ray Claire

Need as much silence as possible? Hit the 7th floor for the silent floor. (Why the silent floor is 7F and not 8F is beyond me, since 7F still has an open window into the noisy atrium.)
