Must try: Bulalo kansi and chicken inasal with sarsa trio. Decent serving of rice . Place is great kinda cozy . Price is very affordable . Customer service is great.
Incredible Negrense food at Sarsa! Even something as simple as isaw leaves you wanting more! Must-tries are the special batchoy (with egg , bone marrow , and bacon-cut liempo ) and the sizzling bulalo <3
It has now became a ritual for me and my friends to come here at least once a month. A true comfort food with a twist of the chef 's brilliant ideas 😊
We tried kansi-buttery,it melts in your mouth. ISOL was really great. Lechon Manok Pancit Canton was super delicious, tasty. Call in for reservation because for walk-in, you really have to wait.
Truly lived up to the hype. Apart from the bestsellers, the "sarsa" or sauce is just as good. For first-timers, try the Sizzling Kansi , Sinigang Fried Chicken , or Crispy Squid in Milk .
Food is great and really affordable ! If you want to try a variety if dishes, try and stay away from the Ginamos Fried Rice . It's good - but it overwhelms the other food tastes.
Sarsa is the Ilonggo's answer to Pampangga's so called dominance on great tasting Filipino food . A must if your looking to surprise your mayabang balikbayan relative who claims to be a foodie!
Try their Sizzling Kansi , Chicharon Bulaklak Dinuguan , Crispy Pata and Inasal dishes. You may die of a heart attack, but you'll die happy.
The inasal is good, the Lechon manok noodles is tasty and flavorful, the tortang talong is really crispy and has a twist to it. All ilonggo food at its best.
Really yummy pinoy food! Place is nice and simple, food is good and straightforward, service can be improved. Parking is bad :( Overall, the food is really worth going back to :)
My favorite is the Inasal sisig . Everything on the menu is great. Price is really affordable . One of the best Filipino restaurants in Manila!
Must-try: Isaw , Inasal Sisig , Sizzling Kansi , Pancit Molo and Ginamos Rice . Parking 's very limited though. I had to park at Fort Strip and walk at the Forum.
Make sure to get table reservation before visit. Place is jam-packed at 6pm. If you wanna taste authentic Bacolod Inasal in the metro -this is the place to eat.
Loved the sizzling kansi , isaw (!!!), and pritchon pancake ! Ordered liempo , tortang talong, and gising gising, and they were tasty too. Good price point. Attentive waitstaff .
Glad that there's a lil' bit of Bacolod in Manila now. 😄, #BacolodCuisine #Namit . Just a note : please have some sense of urgency in serving our orders. Thanks!
Food are great like gising gising, fish , noodles and the pork belly is to die for. A must try place.
Inasal is just okay so you can skip that. Go for the Pritchon Pancake and the Sizzling Kansi (not a huge fan of Kansi but was pleasantly surprised) The iced tea is pretty good, too. A+ garlic rice
The only vegetarian or vegan option (as of this writing) is the Grilled Tofu Inasal. Tastes great!
Tasty Wagyu strips grilled at your table. Yeah. Wagyu Gokujyo Karubi and Wagyu Tokujo Harami are winners.
Tried the isaw when I was here and I'll never look at isaw the same way again. It's a life-changing experience to taste and have it here!
Place gets packed at night. Sizzling kansi , Pancit canton and pritchon pancake for first timers!
One of the best tasting Batchoy's in town . Love their Sizzling Kansi , Gising-Gising and Inasal na Isol and Isaw . Namit!
Definitely will visit this resto again...though we had a hard time finding the place...I love the Sizzling Kansi :)
Reading the comments on poor service, I can say they have IMPROVED a whole lot! Thoroughly enjoyed our experience! Will definitely come back!
The food was really nice! Get the sizzling kansi and pritson pancakes . You will.never go wrong :)
Inihaw na liempo . Must order! The sizzling kansi too! Love this resto!
Wagyu gyoza and potato salad is very good. Their beef is really good quality.
Inasal Sisig is one of the best sisigs I've ever had.
Do NOT miss on your 1st visit: Special batchoy , grilled pork belly (liempo ), and Pancit canton ! Soooo delicious!!!!
After hearing a lot about how delicious and affordable the food is, I finally decided to try this place. It's quite overrated, though...
Get the sizzling kansi . Get the sizzling kansi . Get the sizzling kansi . I can't reiterate it enough.
Food is quite good. Limited parking though. May need to do something about the flies. Quite noisy too.
For vegans , their vegetable items are cooked in shrimp broth . So be careful. Tell the waitstaff to prepare something vegan instead.
Sizzling kansi and chicken skin for the win! Makes me want to order more rice . 😄
Piyaya Ice Cream sandwich -- Yum! The Crispy Tilapia and Tortang Talong is ok naman, din. 😄👍🌟
Great food... Excellent service ... I give them 👍👍👍👍👍
Isaw and chicken skin is the best
Best Filipino food I've ever had. Great service, too
Food is good.. But the karekare was served with a small 'personal size' bowl of karekare sauce.. Talking about SARSA..
Dont dare miss their sizzling kansi ! The best
Love the pritchon, Dinuguan , Sizzling Kansi and the Pancit Canton . Yummmm!
Sizzling kansi is good. Didn't like the acoustics of the place though. I could barely hear myself talk. The waiters didn't clear our plates which I didn't like since they were just standing by the bar
Parking space is a problem at the forum. Park on the street and you'll get towed.
Sizzling Kansi , Batchoy, Thin Cut Liempo and the Piaya Ice Cream , heavenly!
Waited for an hour for a seat. Make reservations ! The food was interesting. Tortang talong - yes crispy edges. Goes better with the ketchup than pinakurat. Inasal na tofu - taste was too strong for me
Order the inasal na tofu , sizzling kansi and the piyaya ice cream ! 😊
Try the Piayaya Ice Cream !
Best Filipino food ever! Try the isaw , chicken inasal and tortang talong
Today's menu: Cash basis onlyNo official receipt. The audacity to impose and yet they do not comply. Hmph!!!!
Almost everything here goes well with ice-cold San Miguel Pale Pilsen :-)
