Pretty quick, efficient and has plenty of seats. Food is okay, prices okay, end up here for the convenience.
Average quality but cheap . The fresh Vietnamese rolls are only $6 for 3 reasonably sized ones.

Be prepared for terrible unfriendly grumpy service by these Viet ladies! Oh and they dont speak English!
