地きんめ飯 し 2,200円。お重に敷かれたご飯 の両サイドに、銚子沖で獲れた地きんめ鯛の刺身 が8切れ。中央にはキンメ、サバ 、マグロ 等のそぼろ。刺身 の上に海苔 ・大葉・わさび が、そぼろの上には卵黄 2個がのせられる。まずは別皿の胡麻 だれを刺身 と合わせて、次にそぼろに卵黄 を絡めて、最後は出汁茶漬け にして頂く。提供があまりにも遅くて待ちくたびれてしまい、フェアに味わえる状況ではなくなってしまったのが残念。
