Fantastic meal from start to finish. The chef is quite involved and explains the how, why and inspiration behind each plate. menu changes seasonally. will definitely go back on my next trip to Tokyo
The best dining experience ever! The chef has been there 4 months & this was his first menu. Everything was delicious and he focus more on physics & temp rather than chemistry. Definitely recommend it
Incredible tasting menu , full of surprises and nice touches. There are only 8 seats and the chefs work in front of you the whole time, talking through each course. A true gastronomic treat.
Had an amazing dinner on NYE. Very funny and interesting dining experience with the chef preparing and explaining every dish right in front of you. Michelin starred .
This restaurant is amazing. A bit expensive but the presentation, experience, and taste were all incredible. The head chef spoke English also which was fantastic
Fun and entertaining ... and reasonably priced for a hotel . Food was good, but not breath taking. Would recommend
Very creative restaurant . Everything was delicious. It was a fun experience
Amazing experience!! A MUST in Tokyo!
Quite good molecular cooking, theatrical without the dishes quite reaching legendary taste heights. 4.5/5
Quite an experience. Pricy but worth it for a story to tell.
Incredible dining experience.
I guess foodie heaven starts at the 38th floor :)

Very delicious, hard to get a seat without booking beforehand. :) - Christine Shiya
17:00 - 19:00 is happy hour. Beer only costs 100 yen! The glass is tiny though (200cc), still worth drink. Try Spanish hams set. - Hitomi N
