I have no idea what a Kansas City burnt ends are.. But they are amazing and melt in yourr mouth

I have to say I was so disappointed at my last visit. I ordered the rib tips and they were really oily. It left this film in your mouth that was very un-appealing. Hope this was a fluke...

The sauce ain't the boss and the pulled pork was way too fatty.
The rib tips were very dry and tough, had a slight smoke flavor. very inconsistent saucing. Even the soda lacked flavor.
