H4 Hotel Berlin Alexanderplatz

Beautiful hotel , the location is great, it's in Berlin Mitte near Alexanderplatz and Alexa shopping center. Rooms are clean and beautiful, love the bathroom , bed and pillows are very comfortable .

Great hotel near Alexanderplatz with a nice breakfast buffet . Our room was small but fine for us and the staff was polite and helpful

Toiletries are sustainable. Body lotion gave me a rash (my skin thpe is normal to dry), the body wash was fine, didn’t try the shampoo. The gym is small, but open 24H.

At four stars you'd expect more. Needs fixing: pillows , hair dryer, wifi speed, food quality in breakfast buffet , products in room.

No fridge . Awful pillows . It's clean and tidy but don't expect too much from here which should be better as a hotel chain, but doesn't even compare to branches in Asia. Staff not knowledgable either

Rooms are great. Internet is slow as it was in the 90s. They advertise they place as with parking free, but its not.

Central location, value for money

Tried to ask for a bigger plate for breakfast . Was lied to and told quite rudely that there are no big plates in the hotel . Not sure why they make customers use a small bread plate?! Not happy.

Breakfast is good here and includes a wide selection of dishes.

Good food and good prices are offered here.

Men from receptrion are too rude, seems they don't have enough experience. It took me about half an hour to get the key from my room and as a result - even no excuses (

Konum çok iyi. Alexanderplatz,metro ve alışveriş merkezleri çok yakın. Kötü yönleri ise yastıklar çok ince,odalarda terlik ve minibar yok...

Sehr gutes Frühstück ! Nervig war, dass die WLAN-Verbindung ständig verlorengegangen ist.

Localização excelente a uma quadra da Alexanderplatz. O café da manhã parece um almoço , muito variado! Ao lado da cervejaria HB! Quartos pequenos porém mordemos!
