It's a Ramada. You know what you're signing up for. In my hotel room, the sheets were clean , though 3 of the 5 lights were out. It's a cheap hotel and it shows.
This is an older hotel but it's being renovated. Space we have a room that's been done over and is very very nice.
Booked w/Hotels.com w/special notes... arrived at hotel , they never got our preferences, saying this is what happens when you book from a third party service n their extra pellow had stains inside!!
Place could use renovation in rooms; rooms average sized. Front desk staff friendly . Bed comfortable . Free breakfast .
Great shuttle service around town . The maids will ignore Do Not Disturb signs, this happened to me 4 times total in a 5 day stay.
First night here. So far really clean and friendly staff :)
This is the worst hotel . Water stains on the ceiling, holes in walls, missing outlet covers, peeling wallpaper, unbelievable quantities of dust, a shower that can't decide if it is hot or cold..
Good for one night but a little old and noisy
Don't fall asleep with you're boots on....
This place is a special Circle of Hell that Dante could not imagine. If you don't get that reference, no worries. Don't stay here.
Just killed the second ant in my room in two hours. And I'm on the 7th floor!
Watch for the bugs . Saw one within 10 minutes of checking in... Older hotel not well maintained
Old. We've been stuck outside our room because the door wouldn't open... And after that it wouldn't close either!!
House maids will eat/steal your food!!!
This is the worst hotel which i ever seen
Make sure your room is not next to the elevator . Very loud
It smelled like mold in our room. The carpet is probably as old as the hotel .
The maids will also ignore do not disturb signs and not even knock and barge in. Repeatedly. Beware!
Quite a large hotel, free parking, very clean & new, very well appointed rooms, windows open for fresh air. No feeling crammed in a large room for a breakfast definitely beyond continental. - Serge Davidov
One of my favorite hotels on the SUNY strip. Convenient to Gov’t offices and ALB airport. - Philip Gross
No free wifi. You have to pay. This is America, not Europe. - Amy Squier
Not an ideal dining option for those in a rush - Chris Arnold
Cup of soup and their delicious veggie or spinach omelette with coffee for breakfast usually pushes me into my busy day. - Zabi
Texas de Brazil is a meat lovers paradise! We had the best Christmas Eve meal there and it was worth the price! Great to splurge for a special occasion! - Christine Jacobia
