Come at night.....Christmas lights are happy and pretty!!!
Lots of food for pretty good price (ie:, chicken katsu ramen , with gyoza and fried rice under $10)!!
When I say Crowded , I meant wit both: Cars and People (foot traffic).

Parking sucks during the day the better to do things at night.
