Honestly, the store staff has gone downhill. Don't expect great or even good customer service. Still great finds and worth going to, but I'd recommend taking a friend to help you if you need something

Seeing as I was once an employee, I have no negative feedback for them! I think they hire very nice associates and Loft is always offering their customers a deal, unlike Banana !
