Avoid the morning, lunch & evening rush hours...they are the slowest bunch anyways, and the rush makes it worse...it's a 45min wait for just a sandwich , biscuit , fries & pop combo...!!!

Was told 14 minutes to wait for chicken . Waited 25. But was given larger pieces because the order after me wanted 3 legs so they took it out of my order. Also got a free biscuit .
Worst customer service ever!! Wait time is at least 30 mins, and they sometimes forget about you.
