I've been waiting for almost 2 hours to cancel a service. Literally the worst customer sevice you can possibly get. Counters are emoty and employees are roaming around!!!!

The most crowded branch, and the only one which will serve you if you fit any of many criteria. Expect to spend more time than you should just waiting.

Now you can book an appointment in any customer service branch by using My STC application😍 no more waiting💔 thanx a lot STC ❤

The worst costumer service in history, almost impossible to find a parking spot .

If you're a girl and you want quick service go to this branch but in a weekday early morning when there isn't that many customers

This probably the best service I've got in Saudi so far... amazing service but long waiting time

please visit early morning to avoid rush

If you are trying to service a business account, this is thr only STC in town . Be sure ti come between 8am and 3pm. They don't service business accounts on weekends.

This place is open til midnight... Prolly de only stc branch opened till this late

Literally the worat customer service you can possibly get. 2:30 mins to cancel a service. WTF!!!

My poor Lady.. Don't u even think of visiting this branch as they closed the female section unless u have a bloody male guardian to go instead of u.

Simply (STC= Steal The Customer) !!!

As usual, everything is centralized in one place which creates an overcrowd ed place. Eventually horrible service "very slow" I think I have at least 70 ppl ahead of me if not more.

اليوم أنا سعيد بإعلان فصلي الأخير مع STC وإلغاء رقمي المفوتر نهائياً ، لعدم وجود المصداقية والشفافية في مبالغ الفواتير

خدمة سريعة، تعامل راقي من الموظفين . التحسن ملموس

كان في هذا الفرع قسم نسائي و فجاه بقدرة قادر تم الغاء الفرع و بعدين تحمسوا و صار ممنوع النساء :-))

وش ذا النفسية الخايسة ، طردوتي فوق ما اني جاية مع اخوي !! لو جاية لوحدي ايش كان سووا فيني 🙀 ؟؟؟ ،،، مو ذنبي انكم حاذفين الفروع النسائية بقلعة وادرين 👊

اللي يروح هناك فيه موظف اسمه فهد السبيعي ماشاء الله عليه يسهل أمورك ونفسيته ممتازة مع العملاء

عندهم شريحه جديده ب ١٠٠ ريال شهر مكالمات مجانيه و٥ جيجا نت ورسايل مجانيه

فوق إنهم أسوأ شركة اتصالات يمكن بالعالم كله، في هذا الفرع العملاق ما يقدمون خدماتهم إلا للرجال ويمنعون النساء حتى من الدخول. صدق أحشفًا وسوء كيلة

طريقة بدائيه ورجعيه لفرع سيدات .. ياليت يعيدون النظر فيه

حكمة اليوم : رغم انهم نصابين بس ما تقدر تستغنى عنهم.

تعامل موظفين سيئ جدا لدرجة انه يقول روح موبايلي و زين احسن لك ( لو عندهم ثابت ما فكرت اجيكم )

انا مر علي موظفين حقيرينن .. لكن بحقارة وقلة ادب هالفرع ما مر علي... معاملة جدا سيئة.
