Even if you DON'T have a pet with you, you're instructed to clean up urine or feces by sales associates? I was just reporting a wet spill & was told customers need to clean it up. It's not my pee! >:\
Got both of my dogs groomed here today. They did a HORRIBLE job! I am embarrassed for both of them! Luckily the manager gave us some of our money back, but...I'll be taking them somewhere else.
