As a former McDonald's employee, I leave this tip for the customers that UNNECESSARILY angry. The employees are people, treat them that way.
Took 10 minute to get 2 happy meals. No sense of urgency. I've given them a few chances but I always feel like I should apologize for making them do thier jobs. I'm done.
The drive-thru can be slow.

Always something missing from my drive thru order. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER. They don't admit mistakes.
Make sure you check your order in the drive thru . Too many times they leave something out.
