JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen

Strongly recommended: facilities, services and cost are all excellent. I especially like the design of the private room of Man Ho Chinese restaurant , " modern traditional"

Internet access over wi-fi is not perfect. Need to reconnect and make login every 15 min if use Skype or Viber on Apple devices. Really make me mad.

They have really good service crew, but the hotel is a bit out dated.

The staff here treated us like royalty and was always looking for ways to accommodate - especially Ashton, the assistant restaurant manager.

Beers are expensive at bar - head around behind the hotel to the 7/11 and get a six pack for the same cost

Was bad surprised by the executive package: Service and food selection was poor on executive lounge at 27th floor. Breakfast ar 2nd floor and rooms are good.

Order drinks from the restaurant and save 30% on the cost.
