The staff ...the manager took care of two sandwiches I had ordered at a Portsmouth location - after the Portsmouth location discovered that they did not have ingredients to do the sandwiches .
Their pumpkin coffee has an overpowering nutmeg flavor. Also, never received an order right the first time.
