9,900 for a bottle of water on the bar . Ok, it's the Ritz, but still! Compared to the other Ritz around the world, this is not up to point. But still. Amazing service, great pool and outdoor area .

Big rooms and well located down town within easy walking distance of eateries . Very attentive staff . Rooms are a bit tired and aimed at American clientele - massive beds and everything painted beige!

I don't like it's victorian (sort of) style, but it is a good hotel although; also $25 per-day for internet is way expensive . The neighborhood is simply the best in Santiago.

Clásico y elegante hotel ; excelente atención y exquisita comida.Salón grand ballroom: sobrios candelabros iluminan cálida y tenue% creando atmósfera suave e intimista, ideal pa celebración matrimonio.

Los desayunos son excelentes. Hay buffete con una gran variedad de frutas , platos calientes y dulces. La atención es muy buena, el personal es muy agradable.

Luxuoso, quarto e banheiro ótimos, ótima piscina , todo o hotel é de grande requinte! O atendimento é impecável! Todos muito atentos, educados , gentis e solícitos! Só faltam te carregar no colo... rs

El Bar "clásico " en el Lobby me encanta, gran estilo y martes-mier y jueves hay piano bar . Esta vez, me voy decepcionada, muy lenta atención y cambios en la carta han bajado el nivel y look de platos

Recomiendo el piso ejecutivo, 5 estaciones distintas durante el día, complementadas con vino , champaña y cervezas ...

El restaurante Estró es genial y la atención muy personalizada. Todo de alta calidad. Totalmente recomendable.

Un hotel maravilloso y un trato maravilloso. El único defecto es que no tiene wifi gratuito en la habitación ,solo en recepción .

Aquí si debo decir q no tengo ninguna reseña negativa. En todo son pasados de bueno!! Ritz es ritz....a mi hija la trataron con dueña del hotel !! 10!
