Ron is very good. If you are a runner, cyclist or triathlete he will stretch you back to normal. Not for the faint of mind or body.
Denise is great. Given her PT background she gives great pointers on stretching and at-home remedies.
Jessica is amazing espessially if you need someone who can work deep

Was told that I had enough credits for an upgrade on my next appt. But they didn't know what I was talking about when I came in. Canceled my membership bc of it.
