Great facility with tons of cardio equipment, weight machines, indoor pool , lap pool , kids area , basketball court ...you name it. Yoga classes are good and spa is a nice addition.

Genesis Health Clubs bought the gym recently (2017) and has brought some new life back into this gym in the form of new equipment, better WiFi , and some new personnel.

Very busy the first Monday in January! Everyone is trying out their New Years resolutions . It will slowly become more reasonable as time passes. Today it was toe to toe people

Sunday afternoon is a great time to visit the gym , hardly anyone here!

Nice diversity of work out opportunities. But... they let the place deteriorate, today over half the showers in the Men’s locker cannot be used. About 100 guys trying to use three showers .

The nursery and child gym classes are amazing! Bring your little ones!

Several people brought in their boom box. RAP with foul language and explicit sexual situations. I asked supervisors to get them to quiet . One refused saying they could play whatever they want.

Bring your water bottle & fill it up with the ice water near the cafe counter

The trainers are the best in the area!

Try their white bean and tuna luncheon sandwich !

After work in the evenings can get crowded . Between 1pm and 4pm is good.

Head up to the tower to get away from the new years resolution crowd. They apparently don't like stairs.
