The German pancake is HUGE but delicious. The original lemon and butter version is 🔥, as the lemon juice adds just the right amount of sweet and freshness.

Classic decent fare. Good service . Coffee ok. The avocado eggs benedict with a side fruit platter is one of the few healthy options , and it’s fresh and correctly cooked.

Elmers is a chain, but their food is more carefully sourced than most. They have wild-caught salmon and grass-fed prime rib , both excellent, and prices are very reasonable.

This is the first place I've visited that serves authentic German pancakes and they are amazing. Highly recommended! 

Friendly chain diner offering strong coffee and solid brunch options. Enjoyed the Classic German Pancake 🥞🍋 and Crabacado Omelet 🦀🍳 which fueled a full day of sightseeing in town .

Grrreat German pancakes ! Potato ones too with cinnamon apples , what more do u need know? Oh the Cinnamon twirl pancakes looked out of this world. So my advice is bring your posse and share

German pancakes are surprisingly delicious and different from what I’d thought. They’re an American mashup of a pancake and a popover .

If you've never had a German pancake , you're in for a treat. Skip the syrup and go instead for a hearty squeeze of lemon - yum!

i discovered elmer's on my first trip to palm springs. i have eaten every meal there ! breakfast is great, lunch salads are creative and fabulous, and prime rib is great. elmer's has everything !

The German Pancake with lingonberry is so good! My mom used to always make swedish pancakes and this was just like it. (Lingonberry is similar to cranberry ?) get it!!!

Loved the breakfast - great omelets and pancakes . I especially enjoyed the blueberry pancakes because they used real berries , not the sticky-sweet compote. Good kids menu , friendly folks all around.

Crab avocado omelet . Service is slow but they cool the food right. Love the pancakes . Homemade...style that is.

Great photos from 60s on the walls. Elaine is best breakfast waitress ever. Great runaround lawn out front and kids menu for kids (and kids at heart.)
