They have a particular love for natural processed beans. Nayarit, Atoyac de Álvarez in Guerrero, Finca Santa Rosa in Chiapas, or Finca Chelín in Oaxaca. They also have honey processed beans.

Loved pretending to be a Roma Norte local for the few days I was in town and Cardinal became my regular AM cortado spot. Super cozy , lots of space and friendly baristas with wifi available. Miss it!

Excellent coffee by these guys, one of the better cappuccinos you will get in all of Mexico. Relaxed atmosphere , friendly staff and amazing croissants too. You know you want to try them out!

Un lugar para venir mucho. Yo comencé x el método aeropress con granos de Atoyac, Guerrero. Es ideal si te gusta el buen café y quieres probar formas distintas de tomarlo. Tranquilo y buenos precios.

Por favor, prueben el Café Voltaire y también pidan un café por método de extracción Chemex, porque ambos son exquisitos. Es tranquilo si quieres ir a leer o trabajar. La atención es excelente ????????

No suele estar en las listas de mejores cafeterías de la ciudad pero no le pide nada a nadie: sin pretensiones, a buen precio e ideal para ir solo o en pareja.

Es cómodo, el café es muy rico y los baratas muy amables. Siempre hay música super padre y el ambiente es ideal para tomar un café y platicar, aunque también es excelente para trabajar allí.

Excelentes métodos y sabor. Se habla mucho del Voltaire, pero no fui fan, tal vez porque no me gusta el café dulce, pero su cold brew es asombroso y el chocolatín almendrado es un must.

Lugar agradable, pequeño, acogedor . Maneja un menú muy limitado, respetando su carta fuerte que es el café . Espresso perfecto, cappuccino con excelente crema y flat white perfectamente montado.

Dicen que aquí se le rinde tributo al café ... y es cierto! El affogato y el Voltaire son una delicia. No olviden acompañarlos con un panqué de coco , un chocolatín almendrado o ambos!

El café Voltaire delicioso!! El balance perfecto entre el sabor del café y el chocolate con alto sabor a cacao . El panqué de coco delicioso! Y el de plátano también.

Sin duda uno de los mejores sitios para descubrir el placer de beber café . Tienen distintos métodos de elaboración, en especial el aeropress (el barista tiene un premio nacional) casi nadie lo hace.

Cada método de extracción es llevado a la perfección, utilizando granos de y sea Hidalgo, Nayarit o Oaxaca. Volteen y vean el menú secreto :)

Increíble lugar y la calidad del café y su preparación son más que excelentes, recomiendo este lugar al 100% y en particular su inigualable cold brew.
