El Pollo Loco

Been here over 4X and So far I've had great service. I avoid going during lunch hours 12-1pm too crazy. No writes a review when the service was great only when something went wrong lol

this place needs new management, other el pollo loco's aren't as bad as this... they're doing the same thing, they have for years, that the local kfc did before it shutdown

For drive-thru, if you say no salsa , they give you like 6. If you ask for salsa , you get none. Plan accordingly.

I don't know why I keep coming back here. the drive thru NEVER gets my order right
