Great atmosphere, great staff and most importantly great food. The tuna is so yummy. You should definitely eat it as well as octopus , and polenta , and for dessert pear and apple crumble.

Make reservation or go early; opening at 7.30pm. Cod fish with sweet potato , grilled octopus with veggies and olives , stuffed eggplant with cottage cheese were DELICIOUS! No credit card.

Tapas style menu , nice venue but can get noisy . Both tuna and octopus dishes were excellent.

Delicious food with really friendly service . We ate the octopus with sweet potato , polenta and seafood chowder , and the steak sandwich . All were superb, and perfectly portioned. Highly recommended.

The staff is very friendly . A very nice place to visit in any time and the Portuguese flavored is all there. A must visit in Lisbon. 3 small plates are perfect for two.

Steak sandwich with portobello mushrooms was out of this world. Also loved the gambas ideal style.

The braised tuna plate is excellent. Also try the Ideal shrimps and codfish .

Definitely try the tuna dish it’s delicious. Also the sweet potato chips have an amazing complimentary sauce.

Simply amazing food, try the tuna or the octopus you will not regret it. And the staff is very friendly .

It's all about sharing good food with family and or friends. The desserts are so good they are hard not to eat alone.

John is kind and humorous - though his Portuguese name is not John - he likes to give "PRESENTATION" to new comers but when you ask his recommendation between two menus, he just says "BOTH"

Sehr lecker und raffiniert. Hier kann man gut und gemütlich sitzen. Große Portionen zum Teilen, tolles Personal. Es gibt auch extra gekennzeichnete vegetarische Gerichte .

Faltavam 5 minutos para o restaurante fechar, mesmo assim, Pedro, que nos atendeu, foi muito solícito. Comemos maravilhosamente bem. Destacamos o atum com batatas e a alheira com cogumelos . Divino!
