Home of the annual OC Fair.
88 Fair Dr (at Newport Blvd) Costa Mesa , CA 92626 United States
What a better way to spend a summer day or night than at the annual OC Fair ! With delicious, unique, mouth watering fair food , rides, games, concerts and more, the family will have a blast!
From games, rides, concerts , shows, and who can forget the unforgettable fair food , there is always something to do at the OC Fair . You’ll find this spot enjoyable as well as extremely entertaining!
Lots have changed since 5 years ago! The petting zoo is now at the opposite side of the fair ground, but so much more animals for the kids to see. Food variety has gotten better as well , but $$$.
This is the second time I visited OC fair and its really a good place to spend with family or friends , the most thing i like is the variety of every thing???? I prefer to go after 5pm.
Take the shuttle from the Experian building on Anton Blvd near South Coast Plaza . Parking and the shuttle are free! Shuttle drops you off right at the entrance to the Fair .
Having lived in Dallas, this doesn't compare to the State Fair of Texas. Food options are plentiful and lots of open air, grilled meats and corn . Huge number of rides for any thrill seeker.
Our New Year's Eve Block Party is approaching! Tickets on sale now. Follow OC Fair NEw Year's Eve Block Party on foursquare for updates.
My favorite time of year is fair season!! My favorite fair food = fried pickles . A good place to spend a cheat day from your diet.
Upside of going during World Cup is lines are short because usual fair-goers are watching the game; downside is that the remaining fair-goers are anti-World Cup isolationist Orange County folk
when enjoyin ur dog don't sit downwind of the turkey leg smoker. You'll smell like a monster turkey leg all night long. Boy, I can't wait to get n my bed alone with my dogs (can u say "action" 2nite)
Stop by the Animal Care Center of Huntington Beach 's booth #764 to enter a drawing for $100 GIFT CARD to PetCo at the world's largest #ocpetexpo2014 @familypetexpo 4/25/14-4/27/14!
Huge fair and a lot of fun but super expensive . The ticket to get into the fair is just to get in, no rides included. When all is said and done, a night at the fair almost costs Disney Land prices
It is good to walk around and get on rides. I recommend getting the unlimited ride wristband for Wednesday and Thursdays.
Sundays 10 - 11am $3 admission. Weekends park at the college parking lot across the street FREE!!! better parking by 10am of course, when we left at 2pm it was full.
Park across the street for free (you won't have to deal with the traffic inside the lot either)
I love the fair . It's so fun to see new things and items...old and classic standards, also.
Lots of parking options not counting the public transit possibilities. The grounds are well taken care of and easy to navigate.
There are always events coming up and yearly events too. Make sure you're in tune with what is going on around town .
Super. For something hot try the sample taquitos at the Von's booth . In the wine court. 11am till 6 pm.
Gun show, then went to the swap meet for free. It was a nice Saturday. Haven't been to the OC swap meet since I was a youngin. Still the same.
Every body here is talking about their favorite cuisines, but what about those who can't speak and ask for some food. Every day think that if I have my parents. Read more
Get the Giant Western sausage !
No OC Fair parking across the street at City Hall , but it's a convenient spot for drop offs (and pick ups.)
May have to wait a bit for the buses from the Experian lot. Also buy tickets online or you'll be waiting forever in a 50 people long line .
Bring looootsa money to try all the unique food. A bit pricey but still worth it (:
Go the OC Fair during August - Americana at its best!
All rear round it's the same fair with the same rides with the same novelty foods, just different themes but same old over priced place to get heckled by all the haggard carnies trying to get your $$
More Bacon than you can shake a stick at!!
The deep fried Snickers & chocolate covered bacon were good, but Chicken Charlie 's fried zucchini & Juicy's BBQ turkey leg are must haves at the OC Fair !
Very good rides and food they even had a fried caviar Twinkie for 125$
Craft beer is by the main event stage! Don't miss it, and don't get stuck with crap!
Fun times at the OC fair ! The shops and wine tasting . And the collectable wine glasses are riedel
Pace yourself and wear comfortable clothes
Especially on "We Care Wednesdays", the offramp from the 55 gets backed up. Might want to plan an alternative route or at least check traffic before you leave.
The mini farm was my favorite
If it's fried.....anything can be fried...lol
Come every summer, always have a great time with the family.

Fun but not worth the money. Spend $22 at Hot Dog on a stick for 3 dogs, 1 fry and a lemonade . Wtf? $10 parking , $11 per head to get in. Then $20 for kids rides. And 1 $10 beer . $85 bucks gone.
Fair food , rides, animals... and much more
Great time, lots of junk food, rides and stuff to do.
Come see all the animals local kids have been raising-support 4H and FFA!!
