Surprisingly good char sui bao . Brioche was light and buttery, filling was nicely salted, if not slightly on the dry end. Great value at $0.80 and in this unassuming bakery .
You can ask for a hot pork bun and they will make sure to give you a freshly made one rather than the ones that are sitting out.
