Pearland Town Center

The Pearland Town Center is an outdoor shopping center with great stores and variety of eateries close by. Traffic can get pretty bad during rush hour because it is so close to downtown Houston.

Pearland Town Center has all the benefits of a mini mall but all outside. Restaurants are awesome with a wide variety. This my favorite lunch-time browsing venue*

I do majority of my shopping here. Just about everything is is here. One stop shopping.

Always park in the back parking lot . It prevents traffic and u can get to places quicker!

The driving here can be scary, as no one has stop signs or common sense.

Park on the outer lots. If you drive "inside" you run the risk of getting stuck for 20 in a line of cars.
