The 48h Short Ribs donburi is amazing!!
Beef stroganoff omurice had plain rice inside, though the egg was quite fluffy. It was beef stew , not stroganoff (it was heavier than stroganoff ).
Sea urchin pasta was pretty tasty with a creamy umami sauce. There were few toppings in the pasta though.
Excellent overall. Matcha lava dome and iron goddess soft serve are particularly noteworthy.
