New & clean building . Efficient n friendly staffs wif fast services . Took me 5 mins to reapply my IC on a Monday eve. Can't believe tat I'm praising govt servants.. But.. Seriously.. Good job!
Very fast & friendly service ... No waiting (unless 15 minutes is considered waiting) & the IC is ready the next day!!!
Overall, good service . As for April 2015, did my ic renewal in less than 20mins.
