First time here and we were impressed. Service was good and food was delicious. We got fried oysters , takoyaki , the avocado bomb with spicy tuna and a couple other rolls . Everything was really good!

Treat yourself and your dinner guests to a nice platter. My favorites are the negitoro (if they have it that day), the double salmon , and the Christmas roll .

Ladies - think sake is icky? Mediciney? There's two sparkling sakes here that might change your mind: Hana Fuga Peach (mellow and peachy), and Hana Awaka (light and mild plum flavor).

Been going here for 20+ years, from back when they were in Forest Hills , and they still have the best sushi , and the best staff , anywhere.

Do yourself a favor and get this sake , Sho-Une Junmai Dai Ginjo, while you can; it's smooth like water with a light floral flavor.

The Ozeki Karatamba sake is always delicious and smooth. Get it. You're welcome.

Love this place. Come early though before 7pm. Every roll and slice is to die for

June 28th, aji (horse mackerel ) is in season. This is a very authentic Japanese sushi dish.

Mickey and his wife Jennifer are great but sit at the bar and enjoy watching the sushi brothers at work.

Tuna avocado . 19.dinner. worth it. Delicious.

fantastic sushi . super fresh and tasty. highly recommend. the double salmon special roll is out of this world.

Gluten sensitive folks, BYOT! Bring your own tamari ! Not 100% sure if they know what a gluten allergy is so beware!

If you want a nice surprise, ask Mickey for the special.

Food was great until they had to closed due to pandemic. Very sad to see them go.
