Side dishes all good. No sugar on the noodles unless you want it to taste like every other Taiwanese noodle joint. Otherwise,'close to the mark flavor-wise.

many pieces of beef even for small porpotion size of noodles . taste is above avg if u like soup with soy sauce .

Some of the only decent actually spicy Sichuan flavor I've ever seen in Taiwan.

蹄花麵是招牌、擔擔麵也好吃。滷菜建議要加辣，因為不辣，但是很香。一個人疲倦的時候來吃一碗湯麵其實很療癒。

豬腳麵 紅油炒手好吃，紅油醬多了一種特殊的中藥(?)味

素椒麵好吃，但為何那麼貴？不就是一碗乾麵卻要70。

推薦他們的辣椒醬；有麻辣的香，卻不太辣，感覺雖然重口味但是沒負擔。

小菜一定要加辣！麻而不辣！
