The people here are super helpful without being annoying or condescending to me as a female. I drive 14 miles and pass three other major hardware megastores to visit this one.

The customer service department is terrible they wouldn't refund me money for merchandise I have the receipt for. I would recommend Menards or Home Depot as they have better customer service.
