A more limited menu than Tim Hortons in Canada, but I imagine that will change with time. It’s worth a visit whether you’re just looking to relive the Timmies experience or you’ve never been.
The queue goes quickly. Good quality quick meals . Cross between a coffee shop and a macdonalds.
Check your drink before you leave. I had to convince them that they'd given me a latte by mistake, "but it says chai ". Someone could scribble "diamonds" on it but it'll still be a latte .
Great coffee and donuts at a great price! French Vanilla for a warm-me-up, or an Iced Capp for a cool down are always winners. You can't decide which donut you want? Mix up a box of TimBits !
Can’t go wrong with a classic roast and timbits . Honourable mentions for Chai latte (cheaper than any other coffee chain) and French Vanilla (TH classic).
Nothing is good here. It’s all a pale imitation of the real thing. Most things taste like food from a school canteen. Staff are abominable. Last time I give this place my money.
Great coffee , which I'm told is as good as the original Canadian stores. The doughnuts are OK, and my limited experience with the breakfast wasn't great.
Food is good - but staff seem so unhappy. Probably need to consider a little ‘customer care’ training - starting with a smile!
5 pound lunch on Sundays. However, burgers and milkshakes are mediocre, lower quality than McDonalds. Which is a pity because interiors are very nice.
Staff are miserable and the place needs cleaning . Hasn’t improved.
French Vanilla = 🌍 ء
Had a pretty tasteless chicken burger , wouldn't rush back
Seeing me is the best thing you would get in this place
Great new location, right outside the train station. As things stand it is far less crowded than the other location (on Colmore Row), but the coffee is just as delicious. - John Parkes
Starbucks was my first place for studying and reading books, not in birmingham city center - Mohammed Mohanna
A must see in Brum! Loved the food hall! Way too expensive though - Georgina Diaz
love it here has brilliant shops and always handy if i need something would definitely recommend for everyone to take a trip there x - maisie jones
