The bread used for the Banh Mi s a soft, French baguette . For fillings, the customer has their choice of meat (beef , pork , or chicken ), or tofu .
If you're here on a weekend try the chicken tortilla soup ! Comes with tortilla chips and a bit of cheese ...so delicious.
Tofu banh mi is fresh, but lacking in flavor. Needs more jalepeño peppers and cilantro .
