Secret to fast service ... Order what you already see is hot and in the glass case or go thru the drive thru . I never have the delays or a cold biscuit .
Check your order before you leave the drive-thru. I ordered and paid for cheese on my biscuit . there was no cheese and a "little" thing like that is a BIG deal for me. :(
If your lips are chapped just eat Bojangles' ... instant greasy cure.

Slow AF. Waited in line for 25 minutes for a simple sausage biscuit and got something else. Waited another 10 for it. Go anywhere else.
I come to this restaurant regularly. The service leaves something to be desired, the employees are rude and the management even more rude. But the biscuits are always hot.
Just went to the bathroom at the same time as an employee...she didn't wash her hands! Never eating here again.
Terrible service and the food was cold.
