In a great steakhouse city like Chicago, there are hotter scenes or more fashionable choices, but you won't get a better steak , sides - and stuffed mushrooms - than Ruth's Chris.

Ribeye is outstanding. For sides, get creamed spinach and potatoes au gratin . Sides are big enough to share. If you walk away from the table hungry, it's your own fault.

The toppings on the steak are a little much. Covers up any other flavor the meat would have. That being said, tasty.

Great food and service! Ask for Ally if you sit in the bar section of the restaurant .

I always get the filet. By far the best steak I have ever had.

Order the BBQ shrimp appetizer ! The shrimp is good, but the sauce is AMAZING for dipping your bread in!

Outstanding food and service

You don't really need all the butter, but it's delicious.

The hostess snubbed my husband for a more "mature" couple who came in after us. VERY rude and we expected better treatment for the price x 13. The River North location is much better!

Creamed spinach is delightful.
