Went to the home remodel show and the signage was not the best to find it amid all the other activities going on but every KICC employee we spoke with was super nice and helpful.

This plane is a maze! You have to go up to go down and one way to go the other way. Glad I found my way eventually..... Late

Sort of hard to navigate the main concourse and lower lobby meeting rooms. Certainly not intuitive. Very nice facility overall.

It's a labyrinth. Don't assume that escalators or hallways go where you expect. Use the maps by the entrances, and plan to take at least a day to get your bearings .
