Service is really good with always smiley face and attentive. Serving good food after they changed the menu especially the sizzling chicken .

Service is slow but not too bad. Deco is very chic and comfy . Food is of the same standard as the other branches. What stood out for me is the Aglio Olio . Spicy and delicious. Worth a try.

The must visit place every month or even every week. Super friendly staffs . Amazing food and drinks, good for parties, events and even romantic dates .

The carbonara is delicious with perfectly al dente pasta . The classic pizza was also not bad. What I like most though, is the ambience with jazz music playing in the background!

Order the angel hair pomodoro (ask to add bacon ), beef carbonara and creme brulee for dessert . The creme brulee is delicious. Very subtle and the custard is set just right.

I ordered Lasagna , delicious! Good food. They had sent a wrong meal but apologized and sent a new one with free dessert . Excellent service . Nice ambience. Free flow of iced lemon tea .

The service is excellent.2 compliment cake and a table cloth for my friend bday means a lot.thanks to all staff that being so friendly and helpful. Bravo to the manager and team !

One regular sized portion can be shared between two people. Water is complimentary and the bread as well . You can always ask for more bread too.

Classic carbonara has become a bit salty recently, so you might want to request to make it less so. Also, do get their 'Pinch of Salt' loyalty card if you're a regular customer

If ur having d munchies for Eye-Talian, look no further. D food is great, d service is spectacular! D manager, Shamim, makes sure ur stomachs are filled before u salivate, leaving with a big smile. :)

Good service , lasagne tasted good but slightly burned on the some edges. Pizza was nice and creme brulée was delicious! And I dont like the bread pudding .

Stuffed mushrooms make great starters. also try their wine . seafood ciopinno for those who loves seafood . mussels in fresh herb is something new as well .

Mussels in white wine is absolutely delicious! Risotto with mushroom can be better. I prefer the risotto in Alexis. Carbonara , Ben's @ KLCC is better.

Love every dishes in their menu from salad to pizza , pasta . Service is good and atmosphere is cosy

Classic Roman Truffle Spaghetti Carbonara wasn't good - the sauce is too watery when served. Mussels was okay but the mussels ' freshness wasn't up to par. Marinated Lamb Rack was great but expensive !

The meatball in the meatball spaghetti was HUGE! Don't expect 3-5 average meatballs cause they combined it all and make it into 1 giant meatball .

I love this restaurant specially peperoni pizza , Classic Carbonara and Sicilian chiken salad 💜

Went for the lunch promo, have to wait 45 minutes for our food to arrive and only informed us that the dessert we ordered was not available after we ask them to send out the desserts !!😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Always thought the food here was subpar but was pleasantly surprised at how yummy the seafood linguini was! Only gripe was that the food took a little too long to arrive. Service was ok though.

No service at all! We are standing waiting for service staff to sit us. Lots of empty table and the staff just treat us invisible. Great!

Food was okay, bread were soft, nice atmosphere, however to serve dishes were so slow, finally we could not take all our ordered because waiter forgot to serve it. Expensive. I'll never go.

Get the appetizer (Toasted Bruschetta !) and main course 2 set meal - supremely worth the money. Also ice tea and soft drinks are bottomless (free refills)!

The food here isn't good as it used to be those days. The pizza is thin and thick on the other end (thickness not even), classic carbonara tastes pretty blunt and angel hair tomato not that good.

Love to dip those bread in balsamic vinegar and olive oil

Service is quite disappointing. But holy big portion for foods. Starter is superb,*something with baked tomato/cheese* pizza is great! Pasta is so so only for me..

Half a roasted chicken served in 10 minutes. What does that tell you? It's pre-cooked and reheated upon being ordered. The meat is only slightly warm inside.

Ordered chicken salad , sales taste weird. Mushroom soup doesn't come with garlic bread , or any bread . Meatballs spaghetti doesn't come with fresh meatballs . Totally different experience from the other

Lasagna is superb and probably the best I ever had.

Service is really slow from getting seated to placing order, even when there aren't many ppl. Carbonara is decent (a dente pasta ), although it tasted like mushroom soup . Extra round of butter +RM2 🙄

I called for the bills three times, oh well , my precious 20 minutes. Please prepare your toy for 20 minutes. :)

Definitely must have the lasagna & tiramisu . The best I've tasted in town !!

I asked for plates to be changed but before I could say anything, the host said that their plates look like that cos they're stacked up. Doesn't even make sense - they were oily!

Love the squid ink pasta here. One of the best I've had even counting those in Singapore

I wouldn't recommend here at all. The staff is not friendly , forget to serve bread for starter. The worst thing is that I have ordered creme brulee but they didn't put into order and its out of stock

Food is very nice and the proportion is very big
