The staff is great, they make my coffee perfect every time!! If for some odd reason it's not they remake it with no hesitation or questions asked!

Smell your lid before you leave. Someone there has a really strong scent on their hands and it transfers to the lid. You smell it every time you take a dip . Yuck!!!
