Nice room . Lobby renovation in progress. Lousy concierge . Bar is active. Many good eating choices nearby. Look for Bon Fromage and Baby Jane over the bridge .

Right in downtown Miami. More corporate and old school but close to great restaurants and shops.

The business plan rate for $18 includes wifi , a bottle of water, full breakfast , ironed shirt and local calls. Outside of the plan, breakfast alone is $18 so work out to be very economical

You will sweat.... At an affordable price !!!! Did you know that the savings are soooo outrageous that people will greet you at the door and shout your name in glory? ...... Well they should, dammit!

The first room they assigned to me had walls so thin, I could hear every word the people in the next room were saying. Then they switched me to the top floor ... Peace and quiet !

Don't plug your phone into the iHome stereo system! It changed my background to a picture of Dave Coulier and I can't change it. It is a good picture of him, though.

Great location. Easy access from the highway. Rooms a bit dated. Friendly staff .

It's a good hotel , great location in the Miami downtown, but, the wifi service is really bad, disconnet everytime and u have to pay for it...

Location great. In the financial district. But comparably to other hotels , & for a Hyatt rooms too basic. Surprised at the open plan bathroom ! Not even a fridge in the room. As a member expected more.

Service was very friendly , but the coffee bar closes early. If you want anything other than a regular coffee , you'll have to order it through room service , not enough baristas to operate the machine.

Service great. Rooms need serious remodeling. Note if you're facing the drawbridge side you will hear traffic all night. Pool small.

Very friendly staff ! Wireless Internet not so great most of the time. Check your bill, we were double and triple charged for crappy supposedly free Internet service over the course of our 4 day stay.

Fine, nice room and view . Located in the downtown and 1-2 minute from station. Have to use train , bus or taxi for 20-30 minutes to go to around ocean-drive etc.

Check in was smooth and staff were very gracious. So good so far!

River view is nice. A downtown Miami hotel . Small fitness center and pool.

Decent hotel with a the location is great. A bit disappointing for a Hyatt Regency though...

$30 a day unlimited in and out valet pkng ouch! Or $19 per day lot a few ft away but not unlimited. Good value , but we did complain about a few things and got $ off. Long wait for car, dirty towel.

Nice staff . But be prepared to pay more for parking than your rental car costs itself.

It is not charging money for wifi internet connection if you have gold membership to hotel just by leaving your email address to the reception.

Nice pool but a little small, same with the gym . compact - ok for a short stay.

Kind of out dated but good location

Got in at midnight and they only had a room with no bed, so I spent a my night at a "prime" hotel on a sofa bed. Never answered phone at the front desk for a wake up call... Worst hotel EVER!!

Get a room away from the highway! Soo loud !

The morning restaurant staff Is amazing. New management not so much.

Walking distance from CVS Rx, Walgreens and a Chase bank .

Used Metromover; got off at Riverwalk !
