I agree with Ana M. I went to the Macys in Parkchester and the woman looked at me like I had 3 heads! She claimed she couldnt do anything with the code that was provided. Big disappointment
If you use a coupon that takes off money, it can only be used once. If you use a coupon that takes off a percentage, you get to keep it
When ever you visit a Macy's outside of the state you live in, you can go to customer service & they'll give you a coupon if you show id
I had the same experience as Ana & Giselle, sales associate claimed that a code beginning with 'SW' could not be entered into her system & had to be entered online.
