That's a gem right here. Perfect hotel , beautiful scenery , a lot of water around, decent service. Must visit.
The hotel is quaint and the staff is incredibly helpful. Stayed on the 4th floor and it was a bit loud (doors banging shut, kids running, you can clearly hear conversations as people walk by).
Awesome gem on the water! Latitudes (casual , with outside seating ) is great in the summer. Best lobster roll !

Fantastic Sunday brunch ! It includes champagne , mimosas , oysters, prime rib , etc, etc, etc. So much food. And everything was great-including the desserts .
This place is beautiful, up to date but reminescent of the old days. the setting is lovely, ask for a room with a little balcony
Great hotel . Beautiful location and downtown Portsmouth is right down the street. Best of all, this is an easy one hour drive from Boston.
For all the press about this place the food was ok. The one exception was the grilled lobster tail - it was fantastic.

Gorgeous hotel by the sea in New Hampshire. Food was excellent, as was the old world New England ambiance. I highly recommend it if you are in the area.

Lovely place for a formal event , namely, a wedding reception. Excellent service , food and beautiful restored hotel .

Great indoor and outdoor pool area .
They offer turndown serve in all the rooms. Complete with the house chocolates .
The cosmopolitans are great. Not too sweet.
