濃厚らーめん 920円。味玉 100円。低加水のストレート細麺 140g。低温調理のレアチャーシュー、メンマ 、玉ねぎ、大判の海苔 、ネギ。味玉は黄身に液状部分が残る火入れの半熟タイプ。鶏 白湯と煮干しのスープ を丼 で合わせる。セメントまでいかないが、煮干しのビターさも感じられる味わい。

濃厚らーめん は、鶏 白湯に煮干出汁を合わせたスープ のラーメン 。塩分高めです。
