Grumpy management, overstressed staff that are so overstressed you can feel it, police coming in for problem staff . Very odd and offputing, not relaxing. Quickly ate just to leave. Father's Day?

Steak tips are amazing but can be kind-of greasy. Get the dinner with mashed potatoes to offset it.

Ihop in garner not playing around.Nothing skimp on these plates like in the Raleigh location.
Cold sitting at the center area. Smells greasy. Needs a fragrance to avoid the greasy smell.
Service was slow. Food was good though.
Now I remember why I don't eat here, service is awful, food is bad, and place is dirty .
Bathrooms were nasty, service wasn't good. Never again.
