We called ahead to make sure they knew I had a service animal with me, but an employee accosted me at the door as I was struggling with my luggage, demanding "official documentation" which is illegal!

Average coffee . Pullout couch bed was dirty and covered with stains. Our son had to sleep on the couch . Very few tv options for kids. We won’t stay here again.
