Weekly specials , try their Big Sur fish taco on Fridays. Mexican corn , beef cheek tacos . Very busy but have always gotten a seat without too long a wait. Very nondescript from the outside.
Cool environment. The Mexican Street Corn may have been the best corn on the cob I've ever had. The carnitas and the Saturday chicken taco were both great. Somewhat pricey drinks.
Been here a few times. The guac and chips are a must. Try to go on a day they have a special on yellow corn tortilla tacos . Make sure to save some room for churros .
Love the vibe of this place! The cod tacos are my favourite thing off the menu , followed by beef cheek .
Friday special: Big Sur fish tacos . Has a bit of spicy kick to them.
Really nice bartenders , the chips are thick and tasty. The Daily Special tacos make me want to go every night!
Good tacos on the east side. Get the tacos with all the dip options. Can get a little loud so don't expect a meaniful conversation
Food & drink are just as good as the sister restaurant in the west but it's not as crazy busy.
Mexican corn and pollo tacos were great. Big sur was good but very spicy . If you want an intimate conversation, this is not the place. Music was really loud
Restaurant doesn't take reservations for parties < 8; will not seat you until everyone in your party has arrived. Ribs were outstanding. Tacos weren't. Paletas are a must. Skip the coffee , it's weak.
Carne Asada , Cauliflower , Chorizo , and Chicken Tacos . All great.

The wait is definitely a lot shorter than at the John St. location. I would highly recommend getting a cup rather than a cone as this soft serve will melt in 60 seconds quick. - Emilie Wong
I loved the single origin Ethiopian espresso here. So smooth and delicious with low acidity. The barista was very knowledgeable about coffee from production through to pour. - Lisa Marion
