The Polish Art Center was originally founded in 1958, In 2004, the store expanded into an adjacent building and converted it into both a shopping and educational center featuring lectures, book signings, folk-art demonstrations, and pisanki-making classes.

Don't miss an opportunity to stop by. Knowledgable staff and stocked with an amazing amount of history. Hamtramck was had integrated schools and police force in 1922.
